Do you want to lead and shape the energy solutions of the future?
We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead our BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) projects.
In this role, you will take a central position in leading complex EPC projects within energy storage, managing the entire process from planning and installation to commissioning, operation, and maintenance. The role includes site visits to monitor installations and ensure that work is carried out according to plan. You will manage schedules, budgets, risk, and resources, while ensuring that all environmental, safety, and quality standards are met. Our mission is to deliver solutions that combine high quality and cost efficiency with long-term sustainability. In addition to project delivery, you will also take an active role in operations, ensuring reliable performance and continuous optimization of our BESS parks.
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in EPC or turn-key projects, preferably within energy storage, solar, or wind power.
- Practical experience with Swedish construction contract standards (preferably ABT 06)
- Experience with high-voltage installations and grid connections
- Background in working in an international environment
- Experience with BESS technology is considered an advantage
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams
- A structured and solution-oriented work approach
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
- Ability to make decisions under time pressure
Preferred certifications:
- BAS-U/BAS-P, HSE-related certifications in occupational safety, fire safety, and risk management
The position is based in Sweden, with a flexible hybrid setup. Exact location can be discussed depending on the candidate’s situation.
